I continue to find Mr. Mann’s talks on the business of doing creative things thought-provoking and (yes, at times) inspiring. He is of course talking to a contemporary generation of what he refers to as knowledge-workers, so the audience for this stuff is limited. But his message, if you can follow/ignore the techno-babble-internet-slang, is broadly applicable to all kinds of work. Not just professional work either.
Basically, if you DO things, or wished you DID more things, then his message will resonate with you.
