Take, for example, our web-based POS backend. Your ingenious technology squad has made it possible for you to access all of the POS backend tools from any computer in the store! And this means easy access to all kinds of helpful info when you are offering service to our fine patrons. ex. RING RING RING “People’s Food Co-op…” “Hi, i’ve got these tubs full of mysterious white-ish powder in my kitchen, can you tell me what these PLUs are?” “Can you tell me how much bulk celtic sea salt costs?” “Do you sell vegan glucosamine-chondroitin for dogs?” In the old days, unless you were gifted with an encyclopedic brain, you’d have to run downstairs and check on the floor (cuz you don’t want to bother the busy floor staff, right?).
