And thanks to the advances that People’s Co-op has made in the wide world of technology we now have at our disposal several tools to help us provide better customer service than ever before. Take, for example, our web-based POS backend. Your ingenious technology squad has made it possible for you to access all of the POS backend tools from any computer in the store! And this means easy access to all kinds of helpful info when you are offering service to our fine patrons.

In the old days, unless you were gifted with an encyclopedic brain, you’d have to run downstairs and check on the floor (cuz you don’t want to bother the busy floor staff, right?). Well now you can access all this information and more straight from your web browser. And i’m fixin’ to show y’all how!
